Puppy Wellness Programs are designed to include common medical procedures that are needed in a puppy’s first year of life. The programs bundle the services and then give a considerable discount to the client. Some advantages include: being able to budget for your pet, having monthly payments automatically debited from your checking account/credit card, not having to pay extra for office visits, etc.

The Wellness Programs do not cover Heartworm or Flea/Tick Prevention. There is a one-time membership fee of $99.00 with the remainder divided equally over an 11-month period. The Wellness Plan is good for one year from the date on this contract. The Basic Wellness Program monthly billing is $35.00 per month. The Comprehensive Wellness Program monthly billing is $53.00 per month. The entire plan may be paid in full at any time within the 11-month period. Failure to pay the monthly fee within 30 days of billing will terminate the services provided in the plan with the remainder of the balance immediately due.
